What this policy covers
This policy explains how SkinnyDip Studio handles information when you visit our website, join studio updates, contact us, book an intro call, purchase a membership, or use a SkinnyDip client workspace.
Information we collect
- Account details, including your name, email address, profile image, organization, and sign-in identifiers.
- Membership and billing records, including Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and service dates. We do not store complete payment card numbers.
- Project information you submit, including requests, messages, feedback, files, and delivery history.
- Contact, waiting-list, newsletter signup, and booking details, along with basic technical records needed to keep the service secure and working.
Google Sign-In
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google provides your name, email address, profile image, and a unique account identifier. SkinnyDip uses that information only to authenticate you, connect you to the correct account, and display your account details. Client sign-in does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, process and confirm membership payments, operate each client workflow, deliver design work, respond to messages, send transactional email, schedule calls, manage the membership waiting list, send studio updates you request, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information or use Google Sign-In data for advertising.
Service providers
We use service providers to run SkinnyDip, including Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for payments; Resend for transactional email and requested studio updates; Vercel for hosting; and Google for optional sign-in and studio scheduling. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We retain account, workflow, and billing records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, preserve project history, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We use access controls, private file storage, and encrypted connections to protect data, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain for legal, billing, security, or legitimate business purposes. You can stop requested studio updates at any time by replying to one or emailing us. You can also choose email sign-in instead of Google Sign-In.
Contact
Questions or requests can be sent to hello@skinnydip.studio. We may update this policy as the service changes and will revise the effective date when we do.
