Working together
Terms of service.
Effective September 7, 2026
The service
SkinnyDip Studio provides a recurring design membership for businesses. A client may keep an unlimited request queue, and the studio works on one active request for the organization at a time. Timelines are estimates and depend on the request, feedback, and availability.
Accounts
You are responsible for using an accurate email address, protecting access to your account, and making sure people you invite are authorized to act for your organization. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
Membership and billing
Membership fees are shown before checkout and are billed through Stripe. A membership renews according to the billing interval shown at checkout until it is paused or canceled. Pausing preserves unused paid service time where described in the membership experience. Canceling stops future service according to the effective date shown in your account and does not erase prior project history.
Requests and scope
The membership covers the design services described on the website and at checkout. Production website or application development is outside the unlimited design membership unless we agree to it separately in writing. Large or unusually complex requests may be divided into smaller deliverables so progress stays clear.
Your materials
You keep ownership of materials you provide and confirm that you have the right to let us use them for your work. You grant SkinnyDip the limited permission needed to store, copy, modify, and share those materials while providing the service. You are responsible for final review of names, claims, copy, licenses, and legal requirements in work you approve.
Deliverables
Once applicable fees are paid, the client owns approved final deliverables created specifically for that client, excluding pre-existing tools, fonts, stock assets, third-party materials, and reusable studio methods. Those excluded materials remain subject to their existing licenses.
Acceptable use
Do not use SkinnyDip to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another client’s workspace or private material.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and project information safe, but online services may occasionally be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, SkinnyDip is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Any direct liability relating to the service is limited to fees paid by the affected client during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Questions can be sent to hello@skinnydip.studio.
